4. Subscription and Payment

Access requires a paid subscription after the free trial period. Fees are billed monthly in AUD. Cancel anytime.

5. Acceptable Use

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into Pesky and may export at any time.

7. SMS Messaging

You are responsible for having appropriate consent from SMS recipients in compliance with the Australian Spam Act 2003.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms.
